By doing so, you understand that Nielsen will make available such data to Nielsen customers as part of the services Nielsen provides  including booksellers, publishers, libraries and other data users for the purpose of promotion and sale of books and other published media via a range of Nielsen services. This is a file of publisher information made available to Nielsen customers only, through data feeds and our online service Nielsen provides to its customers worldwide. Publisher information contained in the Organisation File includes: publisher name, publisher address and telephone number, email address and distributor used.

  • To Book2Look, a business partner with whom we jointly sell a co-branded product line in order for you to access their service.
  • To our third party service providers who provide services including but not limited to website hosting, payment processing, data analysis, infrastructure provision, IT services, customer service, email delivery services, fraud prevention, and auditing services.
  • To a third party in the event of any reorganisation, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets or stock (including in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings).
